Proof of Ownership

In addition to the information above, please provide proof of ownership of the copyrighted material. This may include:

  • Registration certificates or records
  • Links to the original content
  • Any other documentation that proves your ownership

Processing Your Complaint

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, SnapSynopsis will:

  1. Remove or Disable Access: Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Notify the User: Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
  3. Repeat Infringer Policy: Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.


Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

  2. Description of the Removed Material:
    • A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. Statement of Good Faith:
    • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction:
    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which SnapSynopsis may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
